Manuel Peter Fringer Bio

Manuel Peter Fringer is a partner in our Munich office who specializes in corporate law, M&A and private equity transactions. He has extensive experience in private equity and corporate law. Manuel-Peter attended the University of Bayreuth, where he studied law and economics (first state exam 2007, second state exam (Law Degree) 2012). He was admitted to practice in Germany in 2013. Manuel-Peter is fluent in German and English and conversant in French.
