Maciej Szewczyk handles commercial law, particularly M&A transactions. He also provides ongoing legal assistance to companies operating in Poland. He has taken part in numerous complex (including multi-jurisdictional) transactions involving acquisition and sale of enterprises and shares. He is admitted as a solicitor in England and Wales (currently not practising). He coordinates the activity of the firm’s Common Law Desk and he is the deputy editor in chief of the firm’s “In Principle” web portal. He joined Wardyński & Partners in 2007.
