Krzysztof Libiszewski has extensive experience in all types of mergers, acquisitions, transformations and restructuring. He has participated in many complex domestic and international transactions, including the disposal of shares and assets, asset restructuring and conversion of commercial companies. He advised, inter alia, To the State Treasury in the restructuring of the largest Polish shipyards. He joined Wardyński i Wspólnicy in 2001.
