Denzil Arambhan focuses on real estate transactions. Denzil worked as legal counsel with HDFC Asset Management Company Limited as part of its real estate investments teammanaging one of India’s largest domestic real estate funds for 4 years. His practice includes advising realtors in respect of the acquisition & development of residential, commercial and retail projects, advising on title scrutiny & verification and advising private equity investors and financial institutions with regard to the real estate transactions undertaken by them. Denzil also advises clients on real estate litigation matters.
