Lucas d'Orgeval, partner and co-founder of VOLT Associés, is one of the partners in charge of the Private Equity / M&A department. After working in French and Anglo-Saxon firms, Lucas was a partner at Reed Smith. Lucas practices corporate law and specializes in private equity and M&A. He regularly advises corporate groups and investment funds on acquisitions, divestitures, leveraged buyouts, growth capital, venture capital, and secondary transactions. He also assists management teams and entrepreneurs in transactions involving investment funds. A lawyer at the Paris Bar since 1996, Lucas is a graduate of ESSEC and holds a master's degree in business law from the University of Paris II Panthéon-Assas.
