Alexandre Tron Bio

Alexandre Tron, partner and co-founder of VOLT Associés, is in charge of the Financing department. Alexandre practices banking and financial law, particularly acquisition financing, syndicated financing, and structured financing. He regularly advises lending institutions (credit institutions, mezzanine funds, and debt funds) and borrowers (funds or corporates) on their financing or debt restructuring transactions.
