Francesca Ricci Bio

Francesca Ricci specializes in equity capital markets, M&A and private equity, and provides legal assistance to listed and unlisted companies in ordinary matters and extraordinary transactions. She has also assisted several companies in the listing process. She deals with compliance and corporate governance matters and has been appointed member of Surveillance Bodies pursuant to Legislative Decree 231/2001. Francesca represents clients in the preparation and negotiation of both domestic and international commercial contracts. Before joining Ughi and Nunziante, Francesca gained more than a decade of experience in leading international law firms.
