Sally Specht Browning Bio

Sally Specht Browning is a corporate health care attorney with experience in the unique transactional and regulatory issues important to companies in the health care industry. With prior experience as in-house counsel at a Fortune 500 company, she works with business leaders to help them meet their objectives and reduce risk. Sally’s experience includes the transactional and regulatory arenas, including anti-kickback and Stark issues and contract drafting, negotiation and administration. She is knowledgeable on issues related to managed care and HIPAA, as well as provider licensing and compliance. As a former associate general counsel at pharmacy benefit management organization Express Scripts, Inc., Sally worked extensively with contract review and negotiations, regulatory matters and a wide variety of transactions, including the sale of Express Scripts’ home infusion subsidiary and a PBM agreement covering 1.2 million members.
