Tom Peppard leads the Tucker Ellis Corporate, M&A, and Securities practice. He advises public and privately held companies – with a particular focus on middle-market clients – in a variety of industries, including manufacturing and distribution, information technologies, marketing, consulting, industrial services, metals manufacturing and recycling, waste management and hauling, aviation maintenance and repair, financial and professional services, home improvement, construction and material-handling, transportation and logistics, and consumer goods. Tom helps clients accelerate growth by counseling them on matters including formation, corporate governance, mergers and acquisitions, shareholder disputes, corporate restructuring and reorganization, commercial real estate, and financing.
