Mahesh Wasadikar is a Partner in Trilegal’s Corporate practice at the Mumbai office. He has extensive experience in private equity investments, M&A transactions, and joint ventures, and regularly advises on complex regulatory and corporate governance matters. Mahesh advises private equity firms, financial institutions, Indian and multinational corporations, and founders on a range of domestic and cross-border transactions, representing both buy-side and sell-side interests. Mahesh’s practice spans a wide range of industries, including banking and financial services, IT/ITeS, manufacturing, healthcare and pharmaceuticals, logistics, e-commerce, and retail on multi-jurisdiction inbound and outbound transactions.
