Kosha Thaker is a Partner in the Corporate practice at Trilegal, Mumbai. She advises on mergers and acquisitions, private equity, venture capital investments, joint ventures, corporate restructuring, and legal and regulatory advice. Her experience ranges from advising on both the buy side and the sell side and across various stages. In particular, she focuses on large and complex M&A transactions and PE transactions across a variety of sectors including infrastructure (including roads and highways), healthcare, pharmaceuticals, diagnostics, logistics, real estate, financial services, etc.
