Laura Kelly Bio

Laura is a Partner in our Private Equity and Financial Sponsors Group. Laura advises institutional investors, portfolio companies and management teams within the UK and international private equity and M&A markets. Laura advises on a range of transactions including private equity exits, leveraged buyouts and minority investments as well as restructurings and reorganisations, together with general corporate matters. Laura has also previously been seconded to 3i Group plc, where she worked in the Private Equity and Infrastructure teams, and Choate Hall & Stewart LLP in Boston, USA.
