Werner Oldenburg studied at the University of Tübingen. He worked as a research assistant at the University of Tübingen (under the professorship of Prof. Dr H. Schröder) and received his doctor’s degree in corporate law there. He has been practising law with Thümmel Schütze since 1973. His areas of expertise lie in the purchase of enterprises, corporate co-determination, the transformation of companies and foundation law. Werner Oldenburg advises and represents public bodies, mid-sized companies and corporate bodies.
