Leah Fleck Bio

Leah Fleck practice focuses on mergers and acquisitions, equity and debt financings, and other complex transactions. She has significant experience providing corporate and securities law advice to public and private company clients across a range of industries. She also routinely counsels business clients on corporate governance and general corporate matters. Prior to joining Taft, Leah practiced in the corporate groups at a regional Minneapolis firm and at Paul, Weiss, Rifkind, Wharton & Garrison LLP in New York. Leah received her J.D. from New York University School of Law and earned her Bachelor of Arts in Economics from Harvard University.
