Luca Pasquini Bio

He joined the Firm in 2007. He has an established and recognized experience in the areas of insolvency, corporate and banking law. He advises, in particular, banks, financial institutions and investment funds and, in this context, he has concluded numerous significant reorganization and debt restructuring agreements with leading companies and industrial groups. He also deals with litigation, in court and arbitration, in the same sectors and in the provision of investment services, as well as the management of M&A and distressed M&A transactions.
