Edward Bukaty is a corporate and transactional lawyer. From large businesses to emerging companies, clients look to Edward to successfully guide them through their commercial transactions. Throughout the COVID-19 pandemic, he has helped local businesses navigate the multitude of state and federal relief opportunities to minimize the pandemic’s negative economic effects. Edward also provides legal consulting services on a pro bono basis to underserved populations through the Legal Help for the Homeless Program.
