Pablo García Oliván Bio

Pablo García Oliván is a partner in the corporate, M&A and private equity team in the Madrid office. Pablo has wide experience in the purchase and sale of companies in different sectors, and advises industrial and private equity investors, both at a national and international level. Additionally, he provides general corporate advice to domestic and foreign companies on corporate and contractual issues, as well as in corporate reorganisations. Prior to joining the firm in 2021, Pablo worked at a global law firm in Spain.
