Jimmy Hafner advises public companies and privately held businesses on a variety of corporate and transactional matters, including mergers, asset and stock acquisitions and sales, joint ventures, securities, commercial contracts and general corporate governance issues. Having represented companies across the manufacturing, infrastructure, renewable energy, technology, e-commerce, financial services and insurance spaces, Jimmy brings a broad range of experience and keeps his clients’ business interests at the center of his work. For the past three years consecutively, Jimmy has been named among the Best Lawyers: Ones to Watch in America for his work in corporate law, healthcare law and insurance law, as well as mergers and acquisitions law. He is recognized as a Rising Star in Ohio Super Lawyers, naming him as one of the top 2.5% of Ohio attorneys aged 40 or under or in practice for 10 years or fewer. He also serves on the Columbus office Hiring Committee. Jimmy serves as an adjunct professor at The Ohio State University Moritz College of Law, where he teaches a transactional law course.
