Renée Kaddouch Bio

Doctor of law and lawyer at the Paris Bar since 2003, former foreign lawyer in Singapore, Renée advises and assists her clients in the context of mergers and acquisitions (domestic and cross borders) and private equity/venture capital transactions. Over the last 9 years spent between Southeast Asia and Paris, Renée has developed expertise and specific experience in supporting SMEs, ETI, investment funds and international groups in the context of expansion projects in Southeast Asia, in connection with the best local firms. Renée has worked as a lawyer in the Paris offices of leading international firms. In 2012, she moved to Indonesia and then to Singapore in order to support foreign investors in the region where she stayed until 2021. Renée has published numerous articles and regularly participates in conferences and round tables in connection with her expertise, in France and throughout Southeast Asia.
