Renan has expertise in private equity, corporate law and mergers and acquisitions. He advises a diversified clientele, composed of investment funds, industrial groups but also investors, founders or managers, in the context of leverage buy-outs, acquisitions and sales, joint ventures, etc. He also advises managers and partners in the context of the management of their company, restructuring operations and the implementation of management packages. Prior to joining Squair, Renan worked at leading law firms in Paris (Mayer Brown) and Lyon (Bird & Bird).
