Raymond Taylor Bio

Raymond Taylor was a founder partner of Solomon Taylor & Shaw in 1983. He is the senior partner and heads up the corporate practice. He has a keen interest in IT and together with Declan O’Brien ensured that Solomon Taylor & Shaw was able to work remotely and successfully when the country went into lockdown. Raymond’s practice includes a wide range of corporate work including buying and selling companies and businesses, shareholder and partnership agreements and dealing with shareholder and partnership disputes.
