Declan Brien trained with the Official Solicitor, moving to Solomon Taylor & Shaw upon qualification. Declan specializes in all aspects of commercial property law as well as property finance. Whilst acting for a broad range of clients, Declan’s main focus is on property investors whilst also acting for occupiers. He has a particular knack of simplifying and de-mystifying the process and establishing an excellent personal but professional working relationship with his many clients.
