Colin Nahon is an experienced corporate and commercial lawyer who regularly advises and acts for individuals and companies in the purchase and sale of businesses and companies in a wide range of sectors. He also works closely with our commercial real estate practice, advising and acting on corporate real estate transactions. Highly experienced in secured lending, he regularly acts for peer-to-peer lenders, bridging financers and borrowers. He also advises on a broad range of commercial contracts including joint ventures and shareholders agreements. Colin is well known for providing business orientated and pragmatic advice suited to the needs of each client and their business. He is bilingual in Spanish and English.
