Lars works in Snellman’s Private M&A Team. Lars is widely regarded as one of the top M&A lawyers in Sweden. During his 20 years of practice, Lars has worked on hundreds of transactions in a wide range of sectors. He primarily advises clients within the private equity sector on M&A, restructurings, refinancings, incentive and equity structures, and other matters but also has considerable experience working with industrial clients and founder-led businesses.
