James Davies is a partner in the Employment team. He advises on all areas of employment law and HR issues and his broad base of clients includes national and international corporates, charities and executives. James has specialist expertise in drafting and advising on the enforcement of restrictive covenants and team moves; discrimination law, restructuring and TUPE, boardroom disputes and the recruitment, retention and dismissal of senior executives. James is a member of the Employment Lawyers Association.
