Katie Taken Bio

Katie is a Partner in the Corporate team at Shakespeare Martineau. She supports clients across a range of sectors, with a specific expertise in the healthcare sector (in particular in the pharmacy, dental and childcare sectors). Supporting clients with a broad range of corporate work through the life of a business from start-up to exit including mergers, acquisitions and disposals, management buy-ins and buy-outs, corporate restructuring (including hive-ups and share buy-backs), corporate governance and advice on corporate decision making. Katie acts for both individual buyers/sellers and corporate acquirers as well as PE backed investment funds.
