Christina McSparron Bio

Christina McSparron works closely with entrepreneurs and corporate clients at all stages in the lifecycle of their business. Specializing in mergers and acquisitions, she advises on stock and asset acquisitions, private equity investments (including roll-up strategies), joint ventures, and other business combinations. With a focus on the middle market, Christina regularly advises on transactions valued between $5 million and $400 million in a diverse set of industries. Often serving as general outside counsel, Christina expertly guides on entity structuring, corporate governance, growth and exit plans, shareholder agreements, contract negotiations, debt and equity financing, licensing, and other general business operations. Christina continually advises a range of industries, including software and technology, automotive, food and beverage, building materials and manufacturing, service and retail, enabling her to provide up-to-date market insights to her clients. As a former business owner, Christina is adept at understanding legal issues in a business context. She applies a creative problem-solving approach to each of her client’s unique situations. Importantly, Christina can strategically negotiate complex agreements while maintaining good relationships with the other side. Her clients value her expertise in analyzing short- and long-term decisions while taking calculated business risks. Christina is a graduate of the University of California, Los Angeles (UCLA) and University of Minnesota Law School, where she was an editor of the Minnesota Law Review and Order of the Coif.
