Sean Simensky Bio

Sean N. Simensky concentrates his practice on general corporate representation of companies, with a specific emphasis on dental, veterinary, and other health care practices and clients. Sean represents dentists and other health care providers in the start-up, acquisition or sale of their practice, corporate structuring, establishment of partnerships, associate contracts, employee matters, and general contract review. He also assists clients with general business matters, including selection and formation of business and practice entities, shareholder and operating agreements, employment and consulting agreements, and corporate severances. In addition, Sean supports clients in various aspects of mergers, acquisitions and dissolutions, including due diligence, negotiation, drafting, and the closing of transactions. While attending Maurice A. Deane School of Law at Hofstra University, he served as editor-in-chief of the American College of Trust and Estate Law Counsel (ACTEC) Law Journal.
