Hamid R. Rafatjoo is a seasoned attorney with over 20 years of experience representing clients in complex transactions and reorganizations across the U.S. He works with companies and individuals in various industries such as healthcare, retail, hospitality, entertainment, and real estate, ranging from family-owned businesses to billion-dollar enterprises. Hamid’s practice spans business formation, corporate restructuring, debt and equity transactions, workouts, acquisitions, contract structuring, and litigation management. He is known for his results-oriented approach and has also served as an independent director and a Chapter 11 trustee.
