Gregg Shulklapper is a seasoned corporate attorney with over 25 years of experience advising both emerging and established businesses, their investors and financial advisors. His practice spans a wide range of domestic and international transactions, including mergers and acquisitions, equity and debt financings, joint ventures, restructurings, corporate governance, and commercial agreements. Gregg counsels clients across diverse industries such as technology, media, information services, telecommunications, life sciences, healthcare, real estate, and hospitality. He frequently serves as outside general counsel to his clients, including portfolio companies of investment funds, providing strategic legal guidance to boards of directors and senior management on corporate governance, major agreements, and day-to-day legal matters. Earlier in his career, Gregg held a senior executive role at a global technology provider serving mobile telecom operators, where he led corporate development and legal strategy. He began his legal career at Willkie Farr & Gallagher, spending nearly a decade advising clients on complex corporate and securities matters, including private equity and venture capital transactions, public and private M&A, initial and secondary public offerings and private placements of debt and equity securities, debt financings, tender offers, workouts and restructurings and Exchange Act compliance. Gregg’s blend of in-house and Big Law experience gives him a practical, business-focused approach to legal problem-solving and deal structuring that aligns with his clients’ strategic objectives.
