Rowena Fatima Salonga Bio

Rowena Fatima Salonga is a Partner at Puyat Jacinto Santos (PJS) Law. Rowena co-heads the Energy practice group of the Firm. To date, Rowena has led several of the Firm’s key transactions, and extends her services to both local and foreign power generation companies on matters relating to the operations of their projects to more complex issues on project development and financing. Rowena is also involved in Mergers & Acquisitions and Infrastructure/PPP work. Rowena received her Juris Doctor (J.D.) degree from the University of the Philippines in 2009 and Bachelor of Arts degree in Political Science from the same university in 2004. She was admitted to the Philippine Bar in 2010 and the New York State Bar in the same year.
