Nonalyn Superable Bio

Nonalyn Superable is one of the leading partners of the Energy Group at Puyat Jacinto and Santos (PJS). She serves as external legal consultant to foreign and local power generation companies on matters relating to the commercial operations projects (drafting and negotiation of power supply agreements, EPC contracts, fuel supply agreements, land purchase/lease agreements; corporate documents and agreements for share purchase or acquisition, shareholders’ agreements). Nons also has extensive experience in Mergers and Acquisitions, Infrastructure, and Corporate and Commercial Law. She received her Juris Doctor degree from the Ateneo de Manila University in 2015 and was admitted to the Philippine Bar in 2016. She received her Bachelor of Arts in Political Science from the University of the Philippines – Diliman in 2011.
