Kara Sweeney Bio

Kara Sweeney is a Director in Preti Flaherty's Real Estate and Finance and Corporate and M&A practice groups and focuses on affordable housing, general business, commercial real estate, and securities regulation from the firm's Concord, NH office. She works on a variety of matters in the areas of corporate finance and governance, general business counseling, and the finance and development of commercial real estate. In the affordable housing arena, Kara works with multi-family and senior housing project developers, state and federal financing agencies, commercial lenders and local housing authorities on the acquisition, development and financing of affordable housing facilities. Kara holds a certification from the National Development Council as a Rental Housing Development Finance Professional.
