R.J. Davis Bio

R.J. Davis, Pillsbury’s Northern Virginia office leader, represents local, regional and national developers, lenders, equity funds, private and institutional investors, and joint venture partners in commercial real estate transactions. R.J.’s practice encompasses the acquisition, development, financing, leasing and disposition of diverse property types, including commercial office buildings, mixed-used developments, hotels, portfolio projects, planned communities, resort and marina properties, golf courses, shopping centers and malls, as well as single-family and multifamily developments. He also has experience with public-private partnerships, including the privatization of military housing facilities. His financing work includes the restructuring of construction loans and debt financing and mezzanine and securitized debt obligations.
