Marcello Magro Bio

Strong expertise assisting corporations, banks, funds and financial institutions in connection with capital markets, corporate finance and capital raising (including strengthening of assets and funding of banks) as well as corporate and M&A transactions. Advice in connection with corporate governance matters and international commercial agreements. He received his Law Degree (J.D.) from Università degli Studi di Catania in 1997, and in 2005 obtained a Corporation Law LL.M. (with honours) from the New York University School of Law (George Colin Award for distinction in the LL.M. Corporate Program). He joined the Turin Bar Association in 2000 and the New York Bar Association in 2006. He worked in the London office of Cravath, Swaine & Moore LLP from 2005 to 2006.
