Over 30 years of legal experience and proven capabilities in dispute resolution. Deep knowledge of Arbitration (domestic and international: CAM, ICC, VIAC, ad hoc) and Court proceedings. Manuela specialises in banking, finance and insolvency disputes on behalf of leading banks and financial intermediaries, with a successful and strong track record in litigation. Highly versatile, she brings to bear extensive trial experience across a range of complex disputes, spanning every major practice area of civil and commercial law. Frequent speaker at conferences on these legal issues. Manuela received her Law Degree (J.D.), with honours, from Università Cattolica del Sacro Cuore di Milano in 1992; she joined the Milan Bar Association in 1996, and is admitted to practice before the Italian Supreme Court since 2008.
