She focuses her activity on M&A and private equity, advising Italian and foreign corporations and private equity funds in their investments in Italy and cross-border transactions. She also assists operators of the industrial and commerce field in their real estate transactions and has gained a wide experience in commercial contractual law particularly in the field of commercial distribution and franchising. She graduated in Law from the University of Milan, and is a member of the Italian Bar Association.
