Eugenio Barcellona Bio

Advising on civil and commercial law (with a particular focus on corporate and capital markets). M&A in the industrial and financial sectors. Advice in relation to corporate restructurings on family-owned businesses facing issues relating to generational transitions. Eugenio received his Law Degree (JD), with highest honours, from the University of Catania in 1993. He was Visiting Scholar at the Harvard Law School (Cambridge – MA), where he studied mutual funds and investment companies. He received a Ph.D. in Corporate Law from Università Cattolica del Sacro Cuore of Milan. He joined the Turin Bar Association in 1998, and has been admitted to practice before the Italian Supreme Court since 2010. In 2005, he qualified as Associate Professor in Corporate Law. In 2008 he was appointed Professor of Corporate Law at the University of Eastern Piedmont.
