Enrico Vaccaro Bio

He specializes in M&A, extraordinary transactions and corporate law, with a focus on acquisitions, joint-ventures, restructurings, private equity, business combinations, takeovers and commercial agreements. He advised primary Italian and international industrial and financial groups on a wide range of domestic and cross-border transactions, in several industries. He gained an extensive experience in the banking, financial and payment services sector, having advised banks, payment institutions, insurance companies and private equity funds on several investments, business combinations and sophisticated extraordinary transactions in Italy and abroad. The Legal 500 EMEA international legal directory lists Enrico as “Next Generation Partner” in Commercial, Corporate and M&A in Italy. He graduated in Law, magna cum laude, from the University Federico II of Naples in 2002 and holds an LL.M. from King’s College London (2004). He has been admitted to the Italian Bar since 2007.
