Advice to private equity houses and industrial corporations (including publicly listed companies) on extraordinary transactions such as M&A, financing and minority investments. Assistance to international clients in relation to corporate and commercial joint ventures in a range of sectors, including aviation, aerospace and defence. Ascanio received his JD from the University of Turin in 1993 and attended a postgraduate course in International Trade Law at the University Institute of Turin in 1995; he joined the Milan Bar Association in 1998. He was a Visiting Foreign Lawyer in the Brussels office of Skadden, Arps, Slate, Meagher & Flom LLP from 1996 to 1998.
