Andrea Gandini Bio

Advice to leading industrial and financial groups on setting up, structuring and completion of acquisitions, sale and reorganization transactions; joint ventures; advice on issues relating to securities and corporate governance. He received his Law Degree (J.D.) from Università degli Studi di Torino in 1983; he joined the Turin Bar Association in 1986 and is admitted to practice before the Italian Supreme Court since 1998. He also worked as a Foreign Associate at Cravath, Swaine & Moore LLP’s New York office in 1992.
