Andrew Beame Bio

Andrew P. Beame is a Partner in the firm’s Corporate department, where he represents a wide variety of clients in transactional matters and as outside general counsel in corporate and transactional matters. His transactional practice is primarily focused on private equity, venture capital financing and mergers and acquisitions. He represents a wide variety of clients including private equity firms, private companies, charitable organizations and family offices. Mr. Beame also regularly advises emerging growth companies in all stages of their life cycle in areas such as entity formation, company contracts, employment agreements, capital raising and mergers and acquisitions. He has served as counsel for companies in a broad range of industries, including life sciences, software, e-commerce, retail, healthcare, reinsurance, spirits, financial services and education. Mr. Beame also has significant experience advising non-profit entities in connection with their impact investments.
