As a partner in Osler’s Emerging and High Growth Companies group, Justin’s practice focuses on the representation of companies at all stages, as well as the venture capital firms, growth equity and private equity funds that finance them and the strategic acquirers who buy them. Justin has a wide range of experience with mergers and acquisitions, corporate finance and securities, corporate governance, and general corporate matters.
