Geoffrey Beurskens Bio

Geoffrey Beurskens is a partner in the corporate team who specializes in mergers and acquisitions, venture capital, private equity investments and joint ventures. He has a particular focus on the Tech, Media and Comms and Life Science & Healthcare and Financial Services sectors with experience acting for a wide range of clients. Geoffrey also has broad experience with assisting start-up companies on both commercial, corporate law matters and financing rounds. Geoffrey joined Osborne Clarke in 2016 from international law firm Bird & Bird. He successfully completed the post-graduate course National and International Contracts at the Grotius Academy in 2015.
