Roger Bill Bio

Roger Bill is a lawyer in the business law group in our Montréal office. He focusses on corporate and commercial law, as well as on environmental, energy and natural resources law. Roger has wide-ranging experience in matters related to project development and transactions carried out in regulated industries. In the context of transactions and project development, he also advises on a wide range of commercial and regulatory matters relating to mining, natural resources, energy as well as industrial and infrastructure projects. In his commercial law practice, he has worked on a broad range of transactions, including private mergers and acquisitions, commercial agreements, and a range of secured financings. Roger practises in English, French and Spanish, and has a working knowledge of Portuguese.
