Ajit Dhillon Bio

Ajit Dhillon is a lawyer in our business law group whose work focusses on infrastructure projects, as well as private mergers and acquisitions, corporate reorganizations, and general commercial matters. While Ajit’s infrastructure practice focusses on the commercial elements of infrastructure projects, he also regularly advises on other aspects of infrastructure projects, including project planning, procurement, design and construction, operation, and maintenance. Ajit has worked on a wide range of infrastructure project delivery models, including public-private partnerships, in various sectors, including transportation, healthcare, commercial, and industrial projects. In his M&A and corporate work, Ajit advises clients on acquisitions and divestitures of assets, and on drafting and negotiating all types of internal and external commercial contracts. Ajit’s M&A practice also includes infrastructure M&As, which involve the purchase and sale of interests in large infrastructure projects.
