Roger Mitchell Bio

Roger practices corporate law with an emphasis on mergers and acquisitions including those involving portfolio companies of private equity funds. Roger is lead counsel for a wide array of private equity portfolio companies that span several industries, including technology, telecommunications, manufacturing, digital services, healthcare and financial services — among others. In his practice he represents the sell-side, buy-side, and management in various complex transactions.
