Kazuo Mizutani Bio

Kazuo Mizutani is a partner at Nagashima Ohno & Tsunematsu. His practice focuses on corporate transactions, especially M&A transactions, corporate restructuring and other general corporate matters. He also assists clients with dispute resolution. He graduated with an LL.B. from the University of Tokyo in 1993 and with an LL.M. from Gerogetown University Law Center in 2000. He was admitted to practice law in Japan in 1995 and worked at Brobeck, Phleger & Harrison LLP in Los Angeles as a visiting attorney from 2000 to 2001.
