He has concentrated his practice in corporate law, having broad experience in M&A, capital markets and general corporate law, both for domestic and foreign clients. He has also advised investment funds and foreign companies in the acquisition of companies in different stages of development. He joined Morales & Besa in 2013. He worked as foreign associate at Dechert LLP, USA. (2019 – 2020).
