Jose Miguel Carvajal concentrates on commercial, finance and corporate areas, at both domestic and international level. He has extensive experience in loans, bond offerings, securitizations, and in foreign investment and foreign exchange matters. Before joining Morales & Besa in 2006, he worked at Carey y Cía from (1997 – 2006), and as an international associate in Cleary Gottlieb Steen & Hamilton, New York (2001 – 2002).
